However, using theprQpertyfor,pest,aurant use with the respective parking requirement will eventuaJlyuse up allot. the available parking leavingunocpuPiedpuilding spa.ce. As YO\) are aware, the Planning Departmehtestimates this to be in the neighborhood of 9,574 square feet. It. the ordinances are not complied with, the City staff will act at the direction of the Council. Any agreement spelling this out is mex-elysuperfluous . "Any agreement stating that the staff,ca~nactoutside of the ordinance is also superfluous, and the City is not sllqject to estoppel under the current law.
