Box 9960 College- Station, Tx. 77841 RE: HOLLEMAN STREET'-EQUITY DEVELOPMENT 1103 Anderson Dear Dan, In regard to our conversation this date concerning the above- referenced project ,we respond to each of .the items,p you had mentioned. 1. WOO_D~-F;EN"CE BEHIND EXISTING'; B.UILDING - The fences as shown. on plans have been installed. There is no fence shown or plans between exist.in.-gbuilding and new Building B. The two project fences - at ea.st property line and between Building A and end of existing building are in place. 2. LANDSCAPE - When the island. proposed for dumpster was removed, we neglected to replace tree tha,t was scheduled for. relocated spot. That tree will beinplac~beforenoon on 2/7/84. 3. PARKING SPACES - Our approved and permitted plans call for 49 actual parking places. There are 48 on the site which is more than the 35 requirement .for the 10,400 S.F. The lone difference is the too- small 6' space behind existing building. 4. ELECTRICAL POLE SUPPORT CABLE - This will be moved from-paved surface at time electrical department setsservice.s. Please advise if there are any other questions. We would, of course, like Certificate of Occupancy on available spots as soon. as possible. Q . Development , Inc. -andadj acent propertyown.erSam C .ScarmardoDVM, we enclose. the origiJl,al copy of that agreement. This should solve any problems '.from the City standpoint. However, there does seem to be a problem with the other adjacent property owner , Dr. 0 .C. Cooper. In revi.ewing plans with him and requesting permission to place some forms on his property to brace our.retai.ning wall while pouring. We were told that he would not perm_i.t forms (even angle brace) on his property and he does not want retaining wall constructed. I hope to meet with Dr. Cooper later this, week to attempt to iron out mi'sunderstandings." but may have to come back to you for suggestions. I. understand that we could jus.t proceed, but is not our i.ntent. to anger a neighbor, but rather solve any problems so that the relationship can be mutually beneficial. Best Regards, ~~~ Robert B.
