Mr. BaIley asked about an easement which would provide access into the corner lot from lot 3 and this was explained. Then Mr. Bailey made a motion to recommend approval of this preliminary plat with all PresubmissionConferencerecommendations to be met and to include the staff preference stated under item #lasarecommendation from this Commission rather than a preference. (Item #1 includes"... Staff would prefer that this also se'rve as access to the corner lot at the Frontage Road & Harvey Roadwhlch is noti ncludedonthisplat.
