Staff recommends approval with the following changes: ( 1 ) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) (9) Change the name of the street "Park Lane". {There is a Park Road in University.park) Furnish'drainage study onB,1ockC LotI and Block BLots 1-15. . Designate 11Landscape dEasementlltobe "Pri vate 'Landscape Easement". Check wi th' Parks Department conce'rning the right-of-way for the easement for Colgate Drlve. Reach agreement concerning who. will pay for the street. Indicateall.necessary Jot dimensions. Indicate access for ,the 5 lots In,: the R-3 secti.on (11-15). Staffwould prefer these lots to have rear access. Check with ElreyAsh'concerning the' site for an ove'rhead water tower. Lots should be labelled "Reserved for future subdivision", if .that might be anticipated. Consideration should be given'tothe potential development of Block A and B1ockB.asawhole, respectively.
