The P.R.C.metonAugust 10, 1982 to review site plans for the above mentioned
project II TheP.R.C. recommends approval with thefollowi'ng conditions:-/~

(2) Buildings C-l and.C-] will require sprinkler systems. (Up to 15,000 sq. ft.

At the time your site plan for a commercial development was approved in August 1982, there
was a condition imposed regarding signage for lots A, Band C of the University Park East
Subdivision. This condition stated that one detached sign would be allowed for lot Band
