The existing driveway is too narrow for emergency vehi~les~ When ,this plan is resubmitted, all floor space to be used must be shown, 'and it must be clearly understood that ,any part of the building which at that time is indicated j8sunused, cannot be used. Parking spaces required are ba.sed on used floor space. Sho,,; all dimensions on revised plan. Spell out, landscaping, including size and types of trees, shrubs, kind of grass, etc. Suggest that all front parking be taken out, and 6" -raised curb be installed and establish a curb cut (with approval from City Engineer) where the entrance driveway to the parking area is located.
