Show di.mensions of driving lanes.
All parts of buildings must be within 150 ft. of street, or els~ fire
lanes must be designated. Contact Fire Harshal1 for details.
Include landscaping note regardinggroundcoverin islands. Keep in
mind whatever sfzeof trees is shown on site plan, will be the size
checked for prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
Fire hydrant must. be brought in to island area, or location which will
not be blocked by anything.; hydrants also to be within 300 ft. of any
point'ofbuilding as the hose lies, and must be within 14ft. of a
paved surface.
Check with George Ford regarding location and number of dumpsters.
Move curb in 2 ft. to make 1.8 ft. parking spaces; use excess 2 ft.
for green area on the east side of the shopping center.
