Dear Ms. McCully:
We spoke on the phone a few weeks ago about the possibility of a "monument" type sign for my
business. You mentioned that you would check into the specific platting of my business location
to determine what kinds of signs would be permitted. This letter is to provide you with all relevant
details, so that you can advise me how best to proceed.
Edward Jones has produced two sizes ofmo.nument signs, which are depicted on the attached
sheet. I'd like to install one of them. on the grassy area in front of 1001 University Dr. East. Can
this be done? If so, what would the set back requirements be? Is there a restriction on
illumination? What other factors do I need to be aware of?
Thank you for your attention in this matter.
