Southwest Cro~singTownhouses
The P.R.G. met on June 15, 1982 to review site plans for the above
mentioned project. TheP.R.C.recommends approvaJwith the following-.
cond itions : ?'~
(1) Replat the 4 lots in the southeast corner of the proj ect. The
units. shown on the site plan are duplexes, and the lots do not
meet ordinance requirements for dup"1 ex lots. THESE LOTS ARE NOT A
PART OF THIS PLAN REVIEW.
(2) Include a note on the site plans to. explain the landscaping or
do a complete landscaping plan.
(3) Show dimensions between buildings as well as side setbacks from
lot lines.
(4) Construct a screen fence from the back of the bui ldings to the alley
en.t ranees.
(5) Work out the refuse pickup plans with George Ford.
(6) A formal agreement must be reached between the City and the
developer before any street light substitutions can be made.
(7) A 611 raised curb around the entire parking area and along the
alley is required.
(8) Check with the Fire ~1arshall concerning the location of fire
hydrants.
(9) Carports must set back 20 ft. from the property line.
(10) Need 10 copies of revised plan by noon on Friday, June 25,1982.
