(2) The allowed ('compound'l parking is specifically for auto repai r shop use on ly . (3) Show a phase line for the separate phases to be completed. (4) Show alJthe raised curbs and curb cuts inall phases on the revised sIte plan. Need additional fire hydrant to be within 300 ft. of the fa.rthest. point ofth~ building. Because the existing building is too close to the property line, it should be considered aNon-Conforming Structure. Suggest YOU' put the new building on Lot 3 and turn it to 'fit the lot, locate the f i-re hydrant at either of two locat ions suggested, and bring in a completely revised site plan before the P..R.C..canrecommend approval.
