Assistant to ,. Fi reMarsha 11 Parking Lot Plan - Proposed Convenience Stop on corner of South Texas Avenue and Hwy6 Bypass The P.R.C. met on 5-19-82 to. review abovementioned plans. The P.R.C. indicates that approval cannot be recommended until the following conditions are met:* (1) Eliminate the curb cut fora,drivewayonlyinto the proposed site on Texas Avenue. (2) Relocate the curb cut on the Frontage Road as faraway from the intersection on Texas Avenue as possible.
