area after proper'designis completed and submitted. Your storm drain grates shall be
designed to prevent bicycle wheels dropping into them.
Your proposed outfall extends beyond the :propertyo.ftheCityof Coll,ege Station to
the creek. You must provide an easement for that portion of 'your work not on City
property. Your piping plan and profile sheets donottndicate.the location of
Holleman. Drive in the vicinity of your station 12 + 75. I expect your contractor

Water temperatures in excess of 100 of are normal in our water system. This fact must
be considered in the selection of water distribution system piping materials.
Calculations for pipe classing are required. If PVC water piping is used in the water
distribution system, it must meet the requirements of AWWA SpecificationC-900.

In reference to our conversation,2-2~83, I have listed below your requirements
regarding the project referenced above. These requirements, as I..understand
them, must be complied with prior to. obtaining a certificate of occupancy from
the city.
1. A 6" high raised concrete curb must be constructed around each power pole
located in the parking lot, this curb must be part of a landscaped planter
surrounding. the pole.
2. A 6ft high raised concrete curb must surround each parking lot where the
'pavement ends.

Certificates of Occupancy and BuildlngPermits for tenant
spaces. Tribble and Stephens representatives have been ,in
contact wi.th my office r.egardingcompletion of. the entrance drive
drainage structures. When I have the. metes and bounds

Public Surveyor in my office and have verified their correctness
w'ith respect to the As Built pipe locations, I will forward them
to the legal Dept. for preparation of the easement document. At
the same time, I will .recommend to the Building Dept. that a
Building Permit for the tenant space may be issued under the
following conditions:
There will be no Certificate of Occupancy issued for, this phase

until the entrance drive drainage structures are accepted as
complete in accordance with the Texas Dept. of Highways and
Public Transportation Standards and the easement documents have
