SUBJECT: Final Plat, East Gate Square (Part of Lots 1 and 2 D.A.Smith Subdivision)
Staff recommends approval with the following changes:*

Show a 20 ft. utility easement across the back of Tract D.
Show a 10 ft. utility easement thru Tract D & C to the fire hydrant
to be located in an island in the parking lot.
Show a 10 ft. utility easement from Lincoln Avenue along Tract A adjacent
to the Sousa res and Tatum properties.
Include a note indicating "For purposes of signage, the lots on this
Plat are designated as a 'single building plotl.1I
Include a note on Tract F to indicate IINot a Building Sitell.
*Any changes to approved plat must be cleared through the office of the
Director of Planning.
