The first plat that was presented to you did not make it to the Planning and Zoning ComPission because of an apparent misunderstanding sarewhere along the way. That plat was redone because of inadequate lot sizes which would not permit allowable density requirements for four-plexes. Adjusbrents in lot lines increasing the size of the lots to confonu to the zoning requirements for four-plexes in parking were changed on the revised plat. SOmehow these plats were switched within your office, or somewhere inadvertently mixed up and the wrong plat was filed. Because of the al::xJve problems, this is to request a waiver of the plat filing fee for the replat of University Park Section II. If you would ike to discuss this further with ne, please give ne a call. P.E. AHW: gp cc: Mr. Hubert Nelson, R. A. Galindo, Inc.
