Final Plats - Southwood Valley 14D & 14E
Staff's instructions from George Ford, Director of Publ ic Works,
have been that where there are above ground drainage easements,
these easements should be designated IIprivate drainage easementll.
David Mayo indicated that he would consult with Mr. Ford regarding
this.
Staff recommends approval of both Final Plats if this matter is
cleared up.
