Being all that certain tract or parcel of 1 nd, lying and
being situated in the MORGAN RECTOR SURVEY A-46, in College
Station, Brazos County, Texas nd bel part of that
70.293 acre tract conveyed 0 Wildewoo Jo nt Venture by
Leon W. Stasney, et-al, by In Volume 377,
page 34 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING: at an iron rod at the East corner of lot 43,
block one of Windwood, Phase Two according to a plat recorded
in volume 463, page 365 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas;
THENCE: S 32op6'53" E - 624.82 feet to an iron rod for
corner; said iron rod also being the beginning of a curve
to the left, having a radi~s of 835.00 feet;
THENCE: S 22018'48" E - 181.98 feet. along the chord of said curve
to the left to an iron rod for corner;

These are'not the notes for the tract
to be rezoneld as about ~ of this 20.9
acres is now zoned R-l. But, since
the line describing the R-l part is an
old City limit line and we have no des-
cription of it, this might be O.K.
Just have to check W/J1lmmy boy.
