The request will be considered in two public hearings to be held as follows: Planning & Zoning Commission: 7:00 p.m., Thursday January 6, 1983 City Council: 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 27, 1983 Both hearings will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 South Texas Avenue. The date of the City Council public hearing may be changed because of action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission. If the date of the City Council hearing is changed, you will be notified by mail. The details of the application are as follows: Locat i on: An approximate 16 acre tract located on the west side of Appomattox Drive approximately 1100 feet south of the intersection of Appomattox Drive and Highway 30, and being a part of the Windwood Subdivision.
