Approva 1 of M i nu tes - meet i ng of December 16, 1982 Mr. Behling referred to page 5, agenda item #8 and asked that the reflected voting of 6-0 be changed to show 6 in favor and one abstention(Beh1ing). Mr. Bailey made a motion to appr~'(ethe minutes with this change; Mr. Fleming seconded. Motion carried unanimous1y(6-0).
