AN ORDINANCE REZONING TWO TRACTS OF LAND LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE CRAWFORD BURNETT LEAGUE, COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, AND BEING A PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK 4, ANDERSON RIDGE SUBDIVI- SION SECTION TWO, AS PLATTED AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 392, PAGE 789, OF THE DEED RECORDS, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING MORE PROPERLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE FROM SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT R-l TO PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-3 AND ADMINISTRATIVE-PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A-P. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: WHEREAS, the City Council held a publ ic hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, December ,1982, on the question of rezoning certain areas within the city 1 imits; AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following: To rezone or change the classification of the following two' (2) tracts of land all lying and being situated in the Crawford Burnett League, College Station, Texas, and being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows: TRACT NO. I Being a 3.000 acre tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Crawford Burnett League, College Station, Texas, and being a part of Lot 1, Block 4, Anderson Ridg Subdivision Section Two, as platted and recorded in Volume 392, Page 789, or the Deed Records Brazos County, Texas, and being more properly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron rod on the easternmost corner of Lot I, Block 4, Anderson Ridge Subdivision Section Two, said rod also being on the north right of way line of Holleman Drive; . THENCE N 20052'10" W for a distance of 514.42' to an iron rod for a corner on the south right of way 1 ine of Park Place; THENCE S 68049144'1 W along the south right of way I ine of Park Place for a distance of 292.69' to an iron rod for a corner; THENCE S 29037'6'1 E for a distance of 524.44' to an iron rod for a corner on the north right of way 1 ine of Holleman Drive; THENCE along the north right of way 1 ine of Holleman Drive and along a curve to the right with the following characteristics: chord 31.60', length 31.60', radius 543.301, bearing N 66014133'1 E to an iron rod for an angle; THENCE N 670541311' E along the north right of way 1 ine of Holleman Drive for a distance of 181.40' to an iron rod which is the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 3.000 acres of land approximately, from Single Family Residential District R-l to Planned Commercial District C-3. TRACT NO. 2 Being a 3.118 acre tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Crawford Burnett League, College Station, Texas, and being a part of Lot 1, Block 4, and being all of the Proposed Street, Anderson Ridge Subdivision Section Two, as platted and recorded in Volume 392, Page 789, of th~ Deed Records, Brazos County, Texas, and being more properly described by metes and bounds as follows: .
