around it have varyibg zonine. C-l on thp p~~t
R-6 on the south, R-5 on the west and R-1 on part of
the north. The, site also adioins the city's water
tower and storage yard. These adiacent land uses
tend to indicate somethin other than R-1.

The zone change is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan; or if it
is not, then why-'s the Plan incorrect?
The comprehensive plan shows-- the site as multifamily.
Since our request is to change the zoning to accommodate
an existing business expansion, we feel the request
is warrented.
