TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application request-
ing rezoning of a property located within 200 feet of a tract of land owned by you. The
request will be considered in two public hearings to be held as follows:
Planning & Zoning Commission: 7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 7, 1982
City Council: 7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 28, 1982
Both hearings will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 South
Texas Avenue. The date of the City Council public hearing may be changed because of action
taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission. If the date of the City Council hearing is
changed, you will be notified by mail.
The details of the application are as follows:
Location: A 79.790 square foot tract of land, part of Tract B of the Courtyard
Apartments Subdivision, located on the north side of State Highway 30
at the corner of State Highway 30 and Stall ings Drive.
Present and Requested Zoning:
From Apartments High Density District R-6 to Administrative Professional
District A-P.

TO HHm1 IT MAY CONCERN:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the
question of rezoning the following property:
A 79.790 square foot tract of land, part of Tract B of the Courtyard
Apartments Subdivision, located on the north side of State Highway 30
at the corner of State Highway 30 and Stallings Drive, from Apartments
High Density District R-6 to Administrative Professional District A-P.
Application is in the name of Roy W. Hann, Jr. and James E. Jett.
The said hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall,
1101 South Texas Avenue at the 7:00 P.M. meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, October 7, 1982.
