To rezone or change the classification of all that certain t~act or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector League, Brazos County, Texas, and..being part of Plot No.2 of the Devision of Frank Barak 92.27 acre tract of land out of said League, COlli~ty and State according to plat made in Febnlary, 1955 by J. S. AN ORDINANCE REZONING TWO TRACTS OF LAND LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE, ABSTRACT 46, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-l TO ADMINISTRATIVE-PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A-P. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: WHEREAS, the City Council held a publ ic hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, on the question of rezoning certain areas within the city limits; AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following: To rezone or change the classification of the following two (2) tracts of land all lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector League in College Station, Brazos County, Texas and being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows: TRACT NO.1: Being a portion of two 3.543 acre tracts conveyed to Ray B. Criswell, Jr. Trustee by C. B.
