7:00 p.m. on June 28, 1971, on the question of rezoning certain areas

A1~, ~~IEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:.
To rezone or change the classification of all that certain t~act or
parcel of land lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector League, Brazos
County, Texas, and..being part of Plot No.2 of the Devision of Frank Barak
92.27 acre tract of land out of said League, COlli~ty and State according
to plat made in Febnlary, 1955 by J. S. Harrison, licensed land surveyor,
said part of Plot No. 2 being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the ~~ right-of-way line of State Highway #6,
s200id point being N 11-70 55' if 303.88 feet frOB the S corner of' the 48.78;
acre tract of land conveyed by Lee Krolczyk to Frank Barak, by deed dated
).ja.rch 19, 1929, recorded in Volu..rne 73, Page 507, Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas;
Thence N 440 28' E approximately 787 feet to a point in the west
right-of-way line of State Highway #6 East By-Pass;
Thence S 100 23' 54" H a distance of 142.320 feet;
Thence S 390 30' 21" vI a distance of 662.077 feet to a point in the
1~ right-of-way line of State Highway #6;
Thence N 470 55' W a distance of 107.772 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 1.4 acres of land more or less, from District No.1, First
frwelling House District to District No.4, First Business District, and it
is so ordained that said change be effective i~~ediately.

AN ORDINANCE REZONING TWO TRACTS OF LAND LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE MORGAN RECTOR
LEAGUE, ABSTRACT 46, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED BY METES
AND BOUNDS IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-l TO
ADMINISTRATIVE-PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A-P.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a publ ic hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, on the question of rezoning certain areas
within the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of the following two (2) tracts of land all
lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector League in College Station, Brazos
County, Texas and being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
TRACT NO.1:
Being a portion of two 3.543 acre tracts conveyed to Ray B. Criswell, Jr. Trustee
by C. B. Manning, Jr., Trustee by deed recorded in Volume 351, page 813 of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron lying in the Northeast right-of-way 1 ine of Texas
Avenue, said iron rod also being the South corner of Block 2, of the Bernadine
Estates Subdivision in accordance with plat of said Addition as recorded in
Volume 268, page 75 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE S 470 581 25" E along the said Northeast right-of-way 1 ine of Texas
Avenue for a distance of 132.35 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING:
THENCE N 420 40' 24" E for a distance of 739.38 feet to the Point of Beginning
of a curve to the right;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve to the right for an arc distance of
233.00 feet to the end of said curve; (curve data: central angle = 330 22' 29",
radius = 400.00 feet, tangent = 119.91 feet, the chord bears N 590 211 39" E
for a distance of 229.72 feet); said corner also lying in the west right-of-way
1 ine of State Highway 6, East Bypass;
THENCE SIlo 061 06'1 W along the west right-of-way 1 ine of State Highway 6
East Bypass for a distance of 211.67 feet to an iron rod for corner,
THENCE S 430 10' 30" W for a distance of 777.20 feet to an iron rod for corner,
said corner also lying in the Northeast right-of-way 1 ine of Texas Avenue;
THENCE N 470 58' 24'1 W along the said Northeast right-of-way 1 ine of Texas Avenue
for a distance of 169.99 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.49 acres of
land, more or less, FROM General Commercial District C-l to Administrative-Professional
District A-P.
TRACT NO. 2
Being a part of Plot No.2 of the Devision of Frank Barak 92.27 acre tract of
land out of said League, County and State according to plat made in February, 1955
by J. S. Harrison, 1 icensed land surveyor, said part of Plot No.2 being more parti-
cularly described as follows:

in Volume 73, Page 507, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE N 440 28' E approximately 787 feet to a point in the west right-of-wav
1 ine of State Highway #6 East By-Pass;
THENCE S 100 231 54" W a distance of 142.320 feet;
THENCE S 390 301 2111 W a distance of 662.077 feet to a point in the NE
right-of-way 1 ine of State Highway #6;
THENCE N 470 551 W a distance of 107.722 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 1.42 acres of land more or less, from General Commercial District (-1
to Administrative Professional District A-P.
And, it is ordained that said changes shall become effective immediately.

MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS LOCATED AT THE INTER-
SECTION OF TEXAS AVENUE AND STATE HIGHWAY NO.6, EAST BY-PASS AND MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-l
TO ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A-P AND GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-l.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the Courtroom of the College
Station Police Station at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 11,1979 on the question
of rezoning certain areas within the City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following;
To rezone or change the classification of a 2.543 acre and a 4.543 acre tract of
land lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector League, College Station, Brazos
County Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
TRACT A:
All that certain 2.543 acre tract of land lying and being situated in the Morgan
Rector League, Brazos County, Texas, and being a part of the 11.55 acre tract
described in Volume 218, page 637 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas,
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the northeast right-of-way line of State Highway No.6
marking the west corner of the beforementioned 11.55 acre tract, said rod being
the south corner of Block 2 of the Bernadine Estates Addition as shown on the
plat recorded in Volume 268, page 75, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE S 47058.4' E along the beforementioned west right-of-way line for a dis-
tnace of 302.34 feet to an iron rod at fence corner;
THENCE N 43010.5' E along a fence for a distance of 388.60 feet to an iron rod
for corner;
THENCE N 09058.3' W for a distance of 384.60 feet to an iron rod for corner in
the southeast line of the beforementioned Berdandine Estates Addition, Block 2;
THENCE S 42040.4' W along the beforementibned southeast line of Block 2 for a
distance of 625.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.543 acres of
land, more or less, from Single Family Residential District R-l to Administrative-
Professional District A-P.

Being all that certain 4.543 ac~e tract of land lying and being situated in the
Morgan Rector League, Brazos County,Texas, and being a part of the 11.55 acre
tract described in Volume 218, page 637, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the southeast line of Block 2 of the Bernadine Estates
Addition as shown on plat recorded in Volume 268, page 75, Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, located N 42040.4" E a distance of 625.35 feet from the iron rod
in the northeast right-of~way line of State Highway No.6 marking the west corner
of the beforementioned 11.55 acre tract, said rod also being the south corner of
the beforementioned Block 2;

THENCE S 09058.31 E a distance of 384.60 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE N 43010.5' E a distance of 388.60 feet to an iron rod for corner in the
west right-of-way line of State Highway No.6, East Bypass;
THENCE N 11006.1' E along the beforementioned west right-of-way line of State
Highway No.6, East Bypass for a distance of 296.29 feet to an iron rod for
angle point;
THENCE N 01048.61 W continuing along the beforementioned west right-of-way line
for a distance of 219.78 feet to an iron rod for corner at a common corner of the
beforementioned Bernadine Estates Addition, Block 2;
THENCE S 42040.41 W along the beforementioned southeast line of Block 2 of the
Bernadine Eastates Addition for a distance of 564.47 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 3.543 acres of land, more or less, from Single Family
Residential District R-l to General Commercial District C-l.
And it is ordained that said changes shall be effective immediately.
