2. The land referred to in this policy is in Brazos County, Texas and is described as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the MORGAN RECTOR
LEAGUE, Abstract #46, Brazos County, Texas, consisting of a tract called 12.93 acres
conveyed to Gladys Birdie Patrick by Hugo Harold Krenek by partition deed recorded in
Vol. 289, page 160, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and all of that tract of
0.096 acres conveyed to Gladys Birdie Patrick by Hugo Harold Krenek, et al by partition
deed recorded in Vol. 334, page 337, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. A plat of
the above referenced partition deeds is recorded in Vol. 368, page 799, Deed Records
of Brazos County, Texas. Said tract of land herein and hereby conveyed comprises
13.07 acres and is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the south corner of the aforementioned 12.93 acre tract, an iron rod for
corner;
THENCE N 470 00' 00" W along the southwest line of the 12.93 acre tract and the southwest
line of the 0.096 acre tract for a total distance of 731.99 feet to an iron rod found
for corner, said corner also lying in the southeast right-of-way line of Southwest
Parkway;
THENCE N 440 39' 40" E along the southeast line of Southwest Parkway for a distance of
787.49 feet to a concrete monument found for corner, same being the north corner of the
0.096 acre tract;
THENCE S 450 10' 22" E along the northeast line of the 0.096 acre tract and the 12.93
acre tract for a total distance of 735.51 feet to an iron rod found for corner, same
being the east corner of the 12.93 acre tract;
THENCE southwesterly along the southeast line of the 12.93 acre tract for the following
calls:
S 44038' 46" W for a distance of 121.77 feet to an iron rod found for angle point;
S 450 03' 04" W for a distance of 408.88 feet to an iron rod found for angle point;
S 440 56' 28" W for a distance of 193.81 feet to an iron rod found for angle point;
S 440 53' 00" W for a distance of 39.69 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
13.07 acres of land, more or less, as per actual survey made on the ground by Jerry
Bishop, Registered Public Surveyor No. 2557, in the month of June, 1980.
And being the s~ne property described in Deed from Gladys Birdie Patrick, et vir to
Morris F. Hamilton, Jr., Trustee, dated June 27, 1980, recorded in Volume 455, page 5,
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.

Field notes of a 3.098 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being
situated in the Morgan Rector Survey, Abstract No. 46, Brazos County, Texas,
also being part of the 23.33 acre tract described in deed to John Ben Carrabba,
Jr., re~orded in Volume 470, Page 334, of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the iron rod found marking the south corner of the above-
mentioned 2).33 acre tract;
THENCE N 470 43' 43" W along the southwest line of said 23.33 acre
tract for a distance of 735.79 feet to a concrete monument found marking the
west corner of said 23.33 acre tract in the southeast right-of-way line of
Southwest Parkway;
THENCE N 420 05' 13" E along said southeast right-of-way line of
Southwest Parkway for a distance of 249.70 feet and corner in a creek;
THENCE S 390 04' 49" E for a distance of 577.69 feet to an iron rod set
for corner in said creek;
THENCE S 110 14' 51" E for a distance of 146.31 feet to an iron rod set
[or corner in said creek;
THENCE S 270 03' 02" E for a distance of 50.72 feet and corner in said
creek and in the southeast line of the beforementioned 23.33 acre tract;
THENCE S 420 12' 34" W along said southeast line for a distance of 6.00
feet to an iron rod found at an angle point;
THENCE S 410 51' 15" W along the southeast line of the beforementioned
23.33 acre tract for a distance of 51.94 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING,
containing 3.098 acres of land, more or less.
