this zone change necessary:
This area was recently annexed into the City limits, which necessitated
this rezoning request. The City is expanding and growing out this
direction.

(2) The zone change is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan; or if it
is not, then vlhy is the Pl an incorrect?
(3) All other reasons to support the zone change:
The Owner/Applicant wishes to locate a business on the tract of land.
This .954 acre tract adjoins the Owner/Applicant's residential lot
and therefore would not be sold and no business of a detrimental nature
would be allowed on this tract since the Owner/Applicant's house is
llTImediately behind this .954 acre tract.
