SUPPORTING INFORMATION Explain or give evidence of the follo\'/ing: (1) The changed or changing conditions in the area or in the City making this zone change necessary: The area bounded by Helch, F .M. 2818, F .M. 2154, and Southwest Parkway has been steadily developing over the past several years at a logical absorption rate. Other properties wi thin this area have developed with a moderate mix of some high-density dwelling units with more (2 ) emphasis on moderate to lower density. The subject tract, currently zoned A-O, is now at a point in time to be absorbed and used within the over all planning of the comnuni ty . .'cJ The zone change is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan; or if it ~ not, then whiTs the Pl an ; ncorrect? Yes, the request is within the Comprehensive Plan of over-all development for the area.
