Field notes of a 6.077 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being
situated in the Morgan Rector League, Abstract No. 46, College Station, Brazos
County, Texas, and being a portion of a called 16.2 acre tract, described in
deed from Harold L. Miller, et ux, to F. N. Smith, et ux, recorded in Volume
157, Page 414, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas (see Volume 447,
Page 435, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, for further descrip-
tion), and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the south corner of the said 16.2 acre tract, same being the
west corner of a 50.3 acre tract described in deed from-Harold L. Miller, et
ux, to W. M. Dowell, et ux, recorded in Volume 154, Page 382, of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE N 450 00' 00" W along the southwest line of the said 16.2 acre
tract for a distance of 385.16 feet and corner;
THENCE N 460 40' 06" E for a distance of 693.21 feet and corner in the
proposed 80' wide Dartmouth Street;
THENCE S 430 19' 54" E along the centerline of the beforementioned
proposed 80' wide Dartmouth Street for a distance of 385.00 feet and corner;
THENCE S 460 40' 06" W along the cornmon line of the beforementioned
16.2 acre tract and 50.3 acre tract for a distance of 682.00 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING, containing 6.077 acres of land, more or less.

County, Texas, and being part of a called 16.2 acre tract described in deed
from Harold L. Miller, et ux, to F. N. Smith, et ux, recorded in Volume 157,
Page 414, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas (see Volume 447, Page 435,
of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, for further description), and
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the south corner of the beforementioned 16.2 acre tract,
same being the west corner of a 50.3 acre tract described in deed from Harold
L. Miller, et ux, to W. M. Dowell, et ux, recorded in Volume 154, Page 382, of
the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE N 450 00' 00" W along the southwest line of the beforementioned
16.2 acre tract for a distance of 385.16 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING of this

more particularly described as follows:
