The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the
question of rezoning the following property:

(Corner of Rio Grande & Calcones)
From vacant R-3 Townhouse/Rowhouse to
R-4 Apartments Low Density (for Condos)
The said hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall,
1101 South Texas Avenue at the 7:00 P.M. meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, May 6, 1982.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application request-
ing rezoning of a property located within ~OO feet of a tract of land owned by you. The
request will be considered in two public hearings to be held as follows:
Planning and Zoning Commission: 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 6, 1982
City Council: 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 27, 1982
Both hearings will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101
South Texas Avenue. The date of the City Council public hearing may be changed because
of action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission. If the date of the City Council
hearing is changed, you will be notified by mail.
