HomeMy WebLinkAboutMiscellaneous PETITION The undersigned property owner(s) acknOVllege notice from the City of College Station that the City has received an application to rezone a nine acre tract located on the North side of Krenek Tap Road approxirmtely 2,000 feet East of Texas Avenue and that the tract of land is located w1thin 200 feet of the property owned by the undersigned. Fucther, it is understood that the aforemen- tioned tractw1ll be considered for rezoning from R-1, Single Family Residential District to R-3, Townhouse District. Be it known that the undersigned oppose the proposed rezoning application and respectfully request the City Council to disapprove the application of rezoning until such time as consideration is given to the pending amendments of Ordinance #850, The Zoning Ordinance for the City, that would revise and clarify R-3, Townhouse District purpose and delete duplexes as permitted in District R-3. Be it also known that the undersigned land owner(s) represent ownership of substantially more than 20"10 of the land surrounding the nine acre tract in quest i on.
