He also brought in at Director of Planning Mayo's request, a revised, but unapproved copy of a Preliminary Plat for the Woodcreek subdivision (193.49 acres). Mr. Mayo has advised that this plat, although not the approved preliminary plat of the subdivision, actually represents (more or less) an "as built" plat (to date) of the subdivision, and the future plans for it. As Planning Technician, I have researched old records, and found that plats for this subdivision are filed in the following files: 81-322, 82-223, 83-204, 83-237, 84-308 and the new one for Woodcreek Section Three 86-304.
