TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public
hearing on the question of rezoning the following property:
Three (3) tracts of land in the Woodcreek SubdivLsion located east
of Texas Ave. approximately 2,000 feet south of the intersection of
Texas Ave. and the east Bypass to be rezoned as follows:
Tract A: A 3.01 acre tract located north of and adjacent to
Rock Prairie Road and approximately 2,500 feet east of the
intersection of Texas Ave. and Rock Prairie Road from
Agricultural Open District, A-O to General Commercial District,
C -1 .
Tract B: A 48.42 acre tract located approximately 3,000 feet
north of Rock Prairie Road and south of and adjacent to the
southwest I ine of the Foxfir~ Subdivision from Townhouse District,
R-3 and Agricultural Open District, A-O to Single Family
Residential District, R-l.
Tract C: A 21.60 acre tract located south of and adjacent
to Tract B from Agricultural Open District, A-O to Single
Family Residential District, R-1.
The said hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station
City Hall, 1101 South Texas Avenue at the 7:00 P.M. meeting of the
Planning and Zoning Commission on January 7, 1982.

The College Station City Council will hold a public hearing on the
question of rezoning the following property:

east of Texas Avenue approximately 2,000 feet south of the inter-
section of Texas Avenue and the east Bypass to be rezoned as
follows:
TRACT A: A 3.01 acre tract located north of and adjacent

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING~
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an applica-
tion requesting rezoning of a property located within 200 feet of a tract of
land owned by you. The request will be considered in two public hearings to be
held as fol lows:
Planning and Zoning Commission: 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 7, 1982
City Council: 7:00 p.m., January 28,1982
Both hearings will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall,
1101 South Texas Avenue. The date of the City Council public hearing may be
changed because of action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission. If the
date of the City Council hearing is changed, you will be notified by mail.
The details of the application are as follows:
Location: Three (3) tracts of land in the Woodcreek Subdivision located east
of Texas Avenue approximately 2,000 feet south of the intersection
of Texas Avenue and the east Bypass to be rezoned as fol lows:
