in the Thomas Carruthers Survey, Abstract 9, Brazos County, Texas and being a
portion of a 79.00 acre tract conveyed to Cornerstone Investment Group by Raintree
Development Joint Venture by deed recorded in Volume 469 page 697 of the Deed Records
of Brazos County, Texas and being a portion of a 26.07 acre tract conveyed to Corner-
stone Investment Group by East Bypass Development Group by deed recorded in Volume
491, page 229 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas; said 21.60 acre tract
being more particularly discribed by metes and bounds as follo~s;
BEGINNING at the east corner of the aforementioned 79.00 acre tract, same
lying on the south~est perimeter line of Foxfire-Phase 2, an addition to Brazos
