NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on
the question of granting a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a
church facility to be located on Lots 22, 23, and 24, Block 1, of Harvey Hillside
Addition to the City of College Station, Texas and being the NE corner of the
intersection of Marcy Lane and SH 30.
The request for Use Permit is in the name of College Station United Pentecostal Church
2700 Woodc1iff (P. O. Box 994)
College Station, Texas 77841
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall,
1101 South Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, August ~ 1981.

This is to notify you that an application for a Conditional Use Permit on a
piece of land located within 200 feet of a property owned by you has been re-
ceived by the City of College Station and will be considered in a public hear-
ing to be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 South
Texas Avenue at the Thursday, August 20, 1981 meeting at 7:00 p.m.
