FROM: Project Review Committee: ~~ Al Mayo, Director of Planning I~- Elrey Ash, City Engineer Anne Hazen, P&Z Commissioner SUBJECT: Project Review - Culpepper Plaza Shopping Center - Phase IV The P.R.C. met on Tuesday, January 27, 1981. No one was present to represent the developer. We recommend approval subject to the following conditions: 1) Dimensioning is needed on all parking areas and drives. 2) Dumpster locations must be shown. 3) Landscaping and/or other treatment of all non-vehicular areas, especially islands, must be specifically designated. 4) A fire hydrant will be needed to provide adequate coverage. 5) A green space should be provided at the rear property line instead of paving to the screen fence. This should be at least three feet wide, and the adjacent parking spaces could be reduced to 18 feet in depth. 81- ~O;J...;
