5. Requested variances to Ordinance No. 690: None - Requested Variance to Ordinance
No. 1067: Request variance of required 8' minimum separation between the right-of-way
and any parking areas. A 5' wide separation is proposed; however, it should be noted
that the separation is between the right-of-way and the edge of a 20' wide private
access easement and there will be no parking in the 20' wide access easement.
