After a complete and thorough examination of the records in the county Clerk's
Office of Brazos County, Texas, we have determined and do hereby certify, that
the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto is owned in fee simple
by Norman F. Godwin by virtue of his deed dated August 28, 1981, and recorded
in Volume 494, page 562, Deed Records, Brazos County, Texas.
The sole lien holder of said property is Norman Arthur stewart, Jr., A. M. stewart,
Tom Goodwin stewart, and Bradford M.Stewart, by virtue of Deed of Trust executed
by Norman F~ Godwin to A.W. Davis, Trustee, and recorded in Volume 312, page
561, Deed of Trust Records, Brazos County, Texas.

in the John H.. Jones Survey, Abstract No. 26, in BrazoS county,
Texas, being a part of that 296 acre tract described in Clarifica-
tion Deed recorded in Volume 363, Page 800 of the Deed Records of
BraiostCOunty, Texas, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at an iron rod set at the intersection of the nortbwest
right-of-way line of F.M. 60 and the fence line marking the north-
east line of the' said 296 acre tract.
THENCE N 450 16' 06" W - 4206.01 feet along said fence line to a
dead.post o~ tree at a fence corner;
THENCE N 780.01' 49" W - 364.64 feet continuing along said fence
line,t~'a 30" post oak at a fence corner;
THEr..CE S 460 07"05" W'- 2698.92 feet along a fence line on the
northwest line of the said 296 acre tract to an iron rod found
