HomeMy WebLinkAboutLegal Documents ~ ,f' FL: jm 4/12/78 FIRST AMENDMENT TO WILDEWOOD JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT This First Amendment to the Wi1dewobd Joint Venture Agreement is made and entered into effective as of the 1st day of'January, 1978, by and between FRANK CHMELAR and JAMES HOLSTER, as follows: WHEREAS, by that certain Joint Venture Agreement made and entered into effective the 16th day of July, 1977, Frank Chmelar and James Holster entered into a Joint Venture under the name of Wildewood Joint Venture, such Joint Venture having as its primary purpose the acquisition of the real property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such real property was thereafter acquired by Warranty Deed dated July 16, 1977, from Leon W. Stasney, et aI, which Deed is recorded in Volume 377, page 31 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. The parties hereto do hereby amend the terms of such joint Venture Agreement by the elimination of Article 1.01 there6f and the substitution of the following Article 1.01: "The activities and business of the Joint, Venture shall be conducted under the name of Windwoqd Joint Venture."
