ORDINANCE NO. 1331
AN ORDINANCE REZONING 87.07 ACRES OF A 111.49 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LYING AND BEING
SITUATED IN THE MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE, TRACT 64, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM SINGLE
FAMILY DISTRICT R-1 TO TOWNHOUSE-ROWHOUSE DISTRICT R-3, APARTMENT/MEDIUM DENSITY
DISTRICT R-5, ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A-P, AND GENERAL COMMERCIAL

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a publ ic hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. on
December 10, 1981, on the question of rezoning certain areas within the city 1 imits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of the following five (5) tracts of land, all
lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector League in College Station, Brazos County,
Texas and being part of a 205 acretract~conveyed by Lydia Boriskie to Brentwood, Inc.,
and being more fully describ~d by metes and bounds as follows:
TRACT NO.1:
Being a 17.00 acre tract or parcel o'f l_and'l"yinga~d being situated in the Morgan
Rector Survey, Abstract No. 46, Brazos County, Texas, and be"ing part of a 205 acre
tract conveyed by Lydia Borlskie to Brentwood, Inc., and more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northwest right-of-way line of Southwest Parkway
located N 420 041 05" E 1886.87 feet from the northwest right-of-wa'y 1 ine of Dartmouth
Drive;
THENCE N 470 551 55" W for a distance of 960.25 feet and corner;
THENCE N 420 041 05" E for a distance of 771 . 1 7 feet and corner;

Being a 8.21 acre tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Morgan
Rector Survey, Abstract No. 46, Brazos County, Texas, and bei ng part of a 205 ac.re

And, it is ordained that said changes shall become effective immediately.
