NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application re-
questing rezoning of a property located within 200 feet of a tract of land owned by
you. The reques t "tn.ll be considered in two public hearings to be held as follows:
Planning and ZO,ning COIllitlission: . 7: 00 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 1981.
City Council: 7:00 p.m., Thursday, g,eptember 10,1981.
Both hearings will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City I-Iall, 1101
South Texas Avenue. The date of the City Council public hearing may be changed because
of action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission. If,thedate of the C~ty Council
hearing is .changed, you will be notified by mail.
The details of the application are as follows:
Location: A 1.466 acre tract of land located east of andadjacertt to the East Byp.ass
and approximately 1,000 feet North of the intersection of the East Bypass
and Sebesta Lane.
