Field Notes
Being all that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and bei:n,g si tuated
in the MORGAN RECTOR SURVEY, A-46, in College Station, Brazos County, Texas,
and being all of that 1.466 acre tract conveyed to J.C. Noonan, Trustee, by
deed recorded in Volume 319, Page 658 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, and being a part of that tract ocnveyed to August Nitschman by deed
recorded in Volume 218,Pag~ 637 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas,
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING: at an iron rod at the southwest corner of said 1.466 acre tract;
said iron rod being in the East right-of-way line of State Hwy. 6 (East Bypass);
THENCE: N 000 08' 45" W - 508.49 feet along said State Hwy. 6 line to a fence
corner for corner;
THENCE: S 480 27' 56" E - 341.73 feet to an lron rod for corner;
THENCE: S 420 04' 39" W - 379.79 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
1.490 acres of land, more or less, according to a survey made under the super-
vision of Donald D. Garrett, Registered Public Surveyor, No. 2972 in July, 1981.
