Peters, President May 7, 1981 The City of College Station College Station, Texas 77840 RE: Application for Rezone of .654 acres Being the West Part of Block D in Culpepper Plaza Gentlemen: As you are aware, we have submitted a rezoning request on the above described property for the purpose of constructing a 24 hour Banking Center on.this specified property. This letter is written to advise you that it is not our thought that these properties would be used for any other purpose other than a 24 hour Banking Center as presented in our request. You may accept this letter as our absolute assurance that if for any reason this facility is not con- structed on that property, then we would not seek to use the property for any other purpose nor would we sell it to any- one without f.irst having requested the City of College Station to return the zoning status to that which presently exists. It would further meet with our approval should you desire to approve any other zoning classification which would permit construction of the requested facility. A conditional use permit would be equally acceptable. Any of these alternatives which you might feel appropriate as a part of granting us the priviledge of utilizing the property in the manner requested will be satisfactory. We sincerely appreciate your consideration and will be happy to accommodate your desires in any way possible. Very truly yours, .Q~ Mervin D. Peters MDP/bkl 301 TEXAS AVENUE. ~o.
