TRUSTEES FORCQLLEGBHEIGHTS,ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH, herein
referred to as "Grantor", of the County of Brazos, State of
Texas for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/lOO
($lO.OQ) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to
the undersigned paid by the grantee herein named, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED,

Being all those certain tracts or parcels of land lying and being
situated in Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly des-
cribed as fallows:.
FIRST TRACT: Being all that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being situated in the Richard Carter League, in College Station,
,Brazos County, Texas, and being a part of that 200 acre tract con-
veyed to Fannie Putz by Jacob Luza, et ux, by deed dated April 18,
1925, recorded in Vol. 66, Pg. 585, Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as
fQllows:
BEGINNING in the Southeast line of the said Putz 200 acre tract,
S 44~ 32'.W1899.5 ft. from the most Easterly corner of the Putz
200 acre tract;
THENCE S 44032' W 467.8 ft. with the Southe,ast line of the Putz
'200 acre tract;
THENCE N450 28' W 1369.1 ft. through the Putz 200 acre tract to
the Southeast right of way line of University Drive (F.M. 60);
THENCE N 630 13' E 94.4 ft. with the Southeast right of waY,line
' of University Drive to an iron rod;
THENCE N 72~27' E 428.2 ft. continuing with the Southeast right
of way line of University Drive; , .
THENCE S 45~28' E 1138.5 ft. to the POINT OF BEGINNING and con-
taining 13.54 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Joe Orr,
Inc. in July, 1970. And being designated as Tract 4 of the Putz
Partition, a plat of which is recorded in Vol. 287, Pg. 745, Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being the same property con-
veyed by Fannie Putz, et al to Pauline Putz Higgins by Partition
Deed dated July 28, 1970, recorded in Vol. 287, Pg. 814, Deed

SECOND TRACT: Being all that certain tract or parcel of land lying

Brazos County, Texas, being a part of that 13.54 acre tract conveyed
to Sylvia Putz Willingham by dee~ recorded in Vol. 287, Pg. 817,
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly
described as follows: ,
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the sObtheast right of way line o~F.M.
60 (University Drive) at the common Corner of the said Willingham
tract and that 13.54 acre tract conveyed to Pauline.Putz Higgins
by deed recorded in Vol. 287, Pg. 814, Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas;
THENCE S 45028' E 255.00 ft. along the line between the said
Willingham tract and the said Higgins tract t~ an iron rod;
THENCE N 140 51' 13" 1\1 225.58 ft. through the said lHllingham
tract to an iron rod in the southeast line of F.M. 60;
THENCE S 72~ 27' 1\1 130.00 ft. along the southeast line of F.M. 60
to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 0.336 acres of land, more

5.00 acre tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the Southeast R.O.W. line of F.M. Road
No. 60, University Drive, same beingtbe commonc6rner of Tract No.
3 and Tract No.4 of the Putz Partition, D.R. 287/745;
THENCE N.630 13' E, along said Southeast R.O.W. line, for a distance'
of 94.4 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE N 72~ 27' E, continuing along said R.O.W. line, for a dis-
tance of 155.6 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE S 450 28' E, within Tract No.4, for a distance of 901.6'
feet to an iron rod for corner;
