Henton by deed recorded in the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas and being more particularly descrived as follows: COMMENCING: at the north corner of said 8.967 acre tract, said corner being ln the south right-of-way line of University Dri ve (FM 60) ; THENCE: S 170 33' 00" E - 225.58 feet and S 440 52' 13" E - 490.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING; THENCE: S 440 52' 13" E - 387.63 feet to a point for corner; THENCE: S 440 32' 00" W - 467.80 fee't to a point for corner; THENCE: N 450 28' 00" W - 360.80 feet to a point for corner; THENCE: N 440 32' 00" E - 226.80 feet to a point for corner; THENCE: N 450 28' 00" W - 194.60 feet to a point for corner; o THENCE: N 78 56' 09" E - 296.98 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.513 acres of land, more or less ,according" to a survey made under the super-- vision of Donald D.
