TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application
requesting rezoning of a piece of property located within 200 feetofa tract of
land owned by you. This request will be considered in two public hearings to be
held as follows-:
Planning and Zoning Commission: 7:00 P.M., Thurs.day June 5, 1980
City Council: 7:00 P.M., Thursday June 26, 1980
Both of these hearings will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City
Hall, 1101 South Texas Avenue. The date of the City Co.uncil hearing may be changed
due to action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission. If the date of the City
Council hearing is changed, you will be notified.
The details of the application are as follows:
Location: The property in question is a 4.5 acre tract generallyl.ilioaa~ed on the
southwest corner of the i.ntersection of Dowling Road and F.M. 2818.
Present and Proposed Zoning: The property is now zoned R-l, Single Family Resi-
dential District. The applicant requests that the property be rezoned to A-P,
Administrative/Professional District.
Applicant: The application is in the name of Edsel G. Jones, 411 Tammy Drive,
San Antonio, .Texas.
