one certain promissory .note of even date herewith, . executed by Freddie
Lee Curry and wife, Gladys M. Curry and Bennie H. Luedke and wife, Murv
J. Luedke, payable to the order of Lynnette D. Lasater, in monthly ,
installments of $55.80 each, incJ.uding principal and interest, the ,
first such installment being due and payable on or before the 1!)t day Oi,
August, 1976, and continuing monthly thereafter until said note, both .
principa~and interest shall have been fully paid off and satisfied,

167, Page 632, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the Northwest R. o. W.line of th~Rock
Prairie Road at" an old. school tract, DR 147/178; said iron rod being
Northeast a distance of 250 feet from the Northeast R. O~ W. line of
State Highway No. 6;
