T ,m appraising the McCrory property marked off on the attached zoning and tax map for a widel.'\.ig of Bee Creek. The tract, as you can see, is divided into three different kinds of zoning. \ need to come up with the most accurate possible way to estimate how many acres are z.oned c.,:; 1 and what the depth of the zoning is, how many acres are zoned R-3 and how many acres are z. ~ned A-O. Also, given their adjacent location, 1 need to ask about the feasibility of combining,\e A-O area with the R.3 area. Also, I am curious as to why there is a irregular triangular shape in the border of the C-NIR-3 zoning and a circle shaped area along the R-3/A-O border. Any ideas?
