by and through Don Reiser, Managing Partner, of the Cbunty, of
Brazos and State of Tex~s, for and in consideration of the sum
of TEN AND NO/lOO ($10.00) DOLLARS and other valuable considera-
tion to the undersigned paid by the grantee herein 'named, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged; have GRANTED, SOLD
AND CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY
unto ALLEN SWOBODA, TRUSTEE of tIle County of Brazos and State
of Texas, all of the following described real property in Brazos
County, Texas, to-wit:
All that certain tractor parcel of land lying and being situated
in the MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE in Brazos County, Texas, being a
part of that 382.98 acre tract conveyd to Little-Knight Corpora-
tion by deed rec~rded in Volume 314, Page 67 of the Deed Records
of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginlling in the northeast right of way line of State Higllway
No.' 6 East By-Pass at the northwest corner of that 37.32 acre
tract conveyed to Agen~y Records Control, Inc. 'by Antone Dobrovolny
et al by deed recorded in Volume 313, Page 816, Deed Records
of Brazos County, Texas;

(11) All val. d and subsisting easements, restrictions, rights
of way, conditions, exceptions, reservations and covenants of
whatsoever nature of record, if any, and also to the zoning
laws and other restrictions, regulations, ordinances and 5tatutes
of municipal or other governmental authorities applicable to
and enforceable against the described premises. ' '
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises,
together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances

thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said grantee, his heirs
and assigns forever; and Grantor do hereby bind itself, its
heirs, executors and administrators to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND
all and singular the Jaid premises unto the sa!. grantee, his
heirs and a5signs, against every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to clajm the same or any part thereof.
