TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is to notify you that an application to rezone a piece of property located
within 200 feet of a property owned by you has been received by the City of
College Station and will be considered in two public hearings to be held as
follows:
Planning and Zoning Commisston:7:00 PM, Thursday, December 7, 1978
City Council: 7:00 PM, Thursday, December 14,1978
Both of these hearings will beheld fn the Courtroom of the ne\1tl College Station
Police Station, 2611 South Texas Avenue. You are invited to attend the hearings
and express your opinion etther for or against the requested rezoning.
The details of the request or as follows:
Location: The property in question is a 21.08 acre tract located east of and
adjacent to the East Bypass and adjoining the Emerald Forest Subdivision and
the .Agency Records Control property.
Present.and Proposed Zoning: The property is now zoned R-l, Single Family
Resi'denti'al District. The appli'cant requests that the zoning be changed to
A-P, Administrative/Professional District.
Applicant: The application is tn the name of HaIdee, Inc., 1216 Glade, College
Station, Texas.

A-O to AdministrativejProfessional District A-P. The application is in the name
of Haldec, Inc., 1216 Glade, College Station, Texas.
The hearing will 'be held in the Courtroom of the new College Station Police Station,
2611 South Texas Avenue at the 7:00P.t.,. meeting of the City Council on Thursday,
