TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is to notify you that an application for a Conditional Use Permit on a
piece of land within 200 feet of a property owned by you has been received
by the City of College Station and will be considered in a public hearing at
the 7:00 P.M. meeting of the Planning and Zoning Com~ission on Thursday,
November 16,1978. The hearlng will be held in the Courtroom of the new
College Station Police Station., 2611 Texas Avenue South. You are invited
to attend the hearing and. state your oplnion either for or agaInst the
proposed use.
The details of the application are as follows:
Location: The property specified in the application is Lot 3 of the Wildwood
Addition located between Munson Drive, University Oaks Drive and Athens Way
Drive.
Proposed Use: The applicant is requesting aCond.itional Use Permit for the
construction and operatlonof a sorority house on the above property.
Applicant: The application is in the name of Xi Kappa of Chi Omega, 2705
Bolton, Bryan, Texas 77801.

question of granting a Conditional Use Permit for the construction and operation of
a sorority house to be located on Lot 3 of the Wildwood Addition between Munson Drive,
University Oaks Drive and Athens Way Drive. The application is i'n the name of Xi
Kaapaof Chi Omega, 2705 Bolton, Bryan, Texas.
