This is to notify you that an application for a Conditional Use Permit on a
piece of land within 200 feet of.~ property owned by you has been'received
by the City of College Station and will be considered in a public hearing at
the 7:00 P.M. rneeting of the Planning and ZoningCommlssion on Thursday,
November 16, 1978. The hearing will be held in the Courtroom of the new
College.Station Pollee Station, 2611 Texas Avenue South.
