The interest on said note is payable annually as it accrues. Said promissory note containing a clause reserving to the maker of said note a right, at his option, to pay not more than the amount of two (2) annual installments, in addition .to the maturities provided thereon,. on any interest paying date; said note providing for past due interest, acceleration of maturity and containing the usual attorney fee clauses. Said note is further and additionally secured by a Deed of Trust of even date herewith from Grantees to John M. Lawrence III, Trustee, for the benefit of the said Leon W.
